I recently moved to Anglesey and contacted Pentreath as my Mazda 3 needed its first MOT and annual service. Spoke to Reece who was able to find the details of my service plan and book the car in.
First thing on Friday morning a delightful young lady called Karrie (not sure if correct spelling) collected the car from my home in Trearddur Bay and delivered it back at 6.30pm in the evening. She explained the paperwork and I was so pleased when she showed me the mark on the driver door had been successfully polished out.
I just had to write this as the service I have received from Pentreath has been outstanding. Fabulous staff, fabulous service and I will definitely be back.

Dear Ken, Thank you very much for letter and the invitation to join the Pentraeth Drivers' Club. I am delighted with the new Suzuki and I just loved the first car I purchased from you too.
Pentraeth garage is just the nicest garage I've ever dealt with. I have bought and viewed many cars in lots of different garages over the years and I have never had a good experience in any of them. I always felt pressured and rushed and sometimes anxious.
Pentraeth is the only garage I've ever returned to and it is because the cars I've found have been great and at the right price but mainly its because of the people and the service which is just superb. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. They care about the customers and amazingly, remember them from previous visits...even the names!

Dear sir, I've been home for a few weeks now, so have been able to give the CX-5 a good long test-run after the warranty work that was recently carried out.
I'm pleased to say that the car is now running smoothly. The CX continues to perform well and the AWD is proving its worth right now!
I'd like to say a big thanks to the team at Mazda, especially to Rhys Edwards, for his part in ensuring the work was carried out as quickly as possible, for the loan vehicle and for keeping my wife informed while I was away.
It's comforting to know that the Mazda aftersales service is as good as the front of house and on that basis I have purchased an extended warranty out to November 2018.
So thanks again for the excellent Mazda service, Mr & Mrs R
"Now that's what I Do call service"
I would just like to say how my recent problem with the above car has been handled, just to put you in the picture I parked my car on my driveway but found it in the road outside nudging my neighbours hedge. Totally mortified at this event could not understand how it happened, on retrieving the vehicle hand brake was partially on?? Still bemused I arranged to get a quote for repairs at your garage, no problem there had it repaired at my own cost to make sure warranty from Mazda not affected using genuine Mazda parts, finish was superb and cleaned to boot!!
Then my wife was reading online Daily Post which has a section on recalls for a variety of products including cars, so delved in deeper to find my was one that was due a recall ( had notification this am Sat 3rd Feb ) so looked no further and contacted Matthew in Sales who sold me the car. Well what a surprise I had they could not do enough for me, sorted it out with After Sales people got ball rolling with Mazda, kept me well informed both he and Andy Cowburn worked wonders for me, not only arranging repairs to handbrake but also getting my outlay for repairs back from Mazda.
Now that’s what I DO call service above and beyond I have thanked them myself but I would like you to pass how pleased I am with the outcome and will be back Monday or Tuesday to pick up my vehicle.

The service we received on my husband's purchase was first class. The car itself is a delight to drive and very economical, and I personally was very impressed with it, so much so, that one week later, we came back and I had a test drive in the Mazda2. This car had been used as the demonstrator, with under 2,000 miles on the clock. I was offered a very good trade-in price for my Mazda3, which I accepted. My Mazda2 is almost identical to my husbands and I love driving it.
We have been customers of Mazda for over 35 years, firstly in Stockport and now in North Wales.
Paul, your Mazda salesman is first class. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he helps in any way he can. Likewise your employees in Service department.

Thank you so much for your email with reference to the purchase of our car. We were very pleased with our dealings with Wayne, he was very pleasant to deal with and very professional at his job. I did try to send Wayne an email but speaking to him at a later date he didn't receive my email for some unknown reason .but I am sure he knows we were very pleased.
My Son is changing his car next year he is on motobillty he has top of the range BMW mini at the moment but wants to go for larger car so will recommend Pentraeth to him.

I had a card left in my Mazda 3 yesterday following a full service and MOT. The card said to contact you if the service was not a 10/10. Well it wasn't - it was an 11/10.
Karrie came to collect my car from my home at 8am and delivered it back around 6.15pm. I wrote to Pentraeth last year as I received excellent customer service from Karrie and again this year so well done. My Mazda was on a three year contract last year and I decided to purchase it as I have been so pleased with the car. It is very important, I believe, to have a dealership that can maintain my vehicle that I am happy with. Karrie is very professional, yet friendly and did exactly what I requested. I shall be bringing my Mazda to you in future in view of the service I have received and when I decide to change my vehicle I will, most definitely be back to Pentraeth Mazda.
