As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our aftersales customers receive an outstanding experience during their visits. You will respond promptly to incoming enquiries and manage bookings, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and communicated effectively to other team members. Maintaining seamless and efficient communication with customers is key to this role, as well as striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity. You will also be required to upsell services and products where appropriate, and you will be responsible for accurately maintaining records and documentation.

We are looking for efficient and courteous individuals who enjoy a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Excellent computer skills and keen attention to detail are essential, along with a professional and friendly approach to customer service.

Service Receptionist

Sales Executive(s)

The main focus is to sell cars and finance products. You will be the face and the voice of our business, welcoming, advising and supporting prospective customers through their car purchase with us.

Due to expansion, we are looking for candidates who have current experience in car dealership sales.

Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers throughout the process, ensuring FCA compliance throughout.

You will be a product expert who can comfortably hold in depth discussions and negotiations – providing information and advice on our cars and finance products.

Greeting customers, discussing their needs and advising on the most suitable vehicle.

Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives

Negotiating prices and incentives to buy.
Updating customers about the progress of their order.
Carrying out pre-delivery inspections of vehicles before completing a handover to customers.
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the whole process.

Valeter

Do you take pride in cleaning vehicles to a high standard and have a passion for incredible cars? We are looking for a Valeter to join our team.

The successful applicant will valet, collect, deliver and park vehicles, support with fuelling courtesy vehicles, and show a positive, professional attitude at all times.

Applicants are required to possess a full and clean UK driving licence.

This is a full time permanent role with the working hours of 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary will be dependent on previous experience.

Trainee Sales Executive

Pentraeth Group has a strong reputation for quality and integrity, always endeavouring to exceed our customers’ expectations. Today, we offer a vast range of new and Approved used cars from Mazda, Kia, and Suzuki, with Pickup Trucks from Isuzu.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, customer focused team player to join our long standing teams here at Henffordd Garage. The ideal person for this role will have experience in a customer facing position and an aptitude for providing excellent customer service. Full training will be given in relation to our brands and sales processes.

The successful candidate will report to the General Sales Manager who will mentor the successful candidate to ensure they are confident and proficient in managing our valued customers expectations.

Sales Executive

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Executive to work in our Mazda dealership. Someone who is always endeavouring to exceed our customers’ expectations. Could this be you?

The ideal person for this role will have a proven track record of sales achievement, ideally within the motor industry. They’ll have an aptitude for providing excellent customer service, be a confident communicator, and can work independently as well as part of a team.

The successful candidate will report to the General Sales Manager, and they will follow the ascribed sales process, prospect for customers, participate in sales campaigns, manage the handover of sold vehicles, whilst maintaining their product knowledge.

Panel Beater

We are currently looking for a fully qualified and experienced Panel Beater for a Manufacturer approved body shop. We are looking for a driven and proven Panel Beater who is able to deliver high standards at a productive rate.

In the role you will:

Undertake the panel repair/replacement on motor vehicles
Fulfil tasks to a high standard
Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair
Ensure all work is completed within manufacturer and industry guidelines
Working in an efficient manner to make sure this complies with customer satisfaction.

This is a full time permanent role with the working hours of 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary will be dependent on previous experience.
