As we begin to re-open, we're taking every precaution to maintain the health and wellbeing of our customers, our colleagues and their families.
We're delighted to confirm that from Monday 1st June, our Aftersales department will be open and operational by appointment only. We're also hoping to re-open our Sales department in mid-June.
How we have prepared our dealership
Markers are placed on our floors, to help keep everyone two metres apart, in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
Protective screens are in place at our customer desks, and hand sanitiser stations are available throughout our showroom. We have also implemented new contactless payment methods and paperwork processes to help reduce contact.
How we have prepared our employees
All of our employees have been fully briefed to help keep both themselves and our customers safe.
Having been provided with appropriate personal protective equipment, a minimum of two metres will be kept between all working areas, as per social distancing guidelines.
What services are we offering?
Our technical teams will be fully operational from 1st June 2020 and we invite customers to contact us by phone on 01248 712002 or via the website contact forms to make arrangements to service, repair, or MOT their car.
We're aiming to be re-opening our showrooms from mid-June. With social distancing procedures in place, and with visits by appointment only, we're sure we can maintain our levels of customer service while working in the new normal.
