The Motability Scheme enables disabled drivers to exchange their mobility allowance for a three-year lease on a brand-new car, mobility scooter, or electric wheelchair. First established in 1977, this scheme has gone on to uphold and enhance the independence of over four million people and counting. Not able to drive yourself? Not a problem! This programme allows you to nominate up to two people to do so in your place.
